General Terms & Conditions

- I reserve the right to decline my services from anyone who doesn’t follow the stated guidelines and more. Notice of Refusal will be given and any payment processes will be rejected/refunded.- After the package is shipped, the only action I can take on my end is assisting in tracking the package. If it becomes lost or stolen, the package then becomes the costumer’s responsibility since upon this point, it’s out of my control.- Refunds can only be issued if one of the following occurred
Order exceeded the completion date and is no longer desired
Notice of Refusal was issued after a payment was processed
An error occurred in the payment process (over sending money or using wrong payment method)- Anything outside of those terms can be consulted, though expect a refusal.- Any information given to me whether through a submitted form or in private conversation will remain private and protected. For security purposes, sensitive information (full name, address, payment information, etc.) will be deleted on my end after package shipment.- For repairs, please message me on one of the social platforms on the home page and send picture(s) of the damage(s) as well as a detailed statement of the issue.^For merchant-faulted repairs: customer is only responsible for the shipping to me. The shipping back will be covered.^For customer-faulted repairs: customer is responsible for the full-trip shipping for the repair. Shipping payment will be initiated upon the repair’s completion.

I can only except Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal currently.- All info about payment will be privately chatted.- NO CASH OR CHECKS UNLESS STATED OTHERWISE- Another form of payment can be through a skill trade.- Please refer to the “Skill Trade Policy” for more information.

Skill Trade Policy

Skill trading is when you exchange one skill made/handmade craft for another. Think of it as a bargain.- With trading, keep in mind that I reserve the right to refuse an offer I’m not comfortable with. Please be reasonable with offers and be prepared to take “no” as an answer.
Acceptable trades (HANDMADE ONLY):- Jewelry: bracelets, rings, necklaces, waist beads, earrings (only silver plated), anklets, and chains.- Nail sets: in-person service (local only) or handmade press on nail sets- Art piece: digital and physical art- Customized photocard holders and top loaders- Anyone with a skill for an item outside of this list are still encouraged to pursue trading! Most offers will be negotiable. If an offer is refused however, PLEASE don’t take it as your skill or your work isn’t valuable. All handmade works are special, and the effort used to make them is even more admirable 🙂 You are welcomed to try again at any time

Commissions T&C

- An “Order Request” form will be sent via preferred form of contact.- Expect to pay 50% of the price upon requesting an order (proof of transaction is required).- Upon submitting the order request form, I will reach out to you with additional questions, an estimated completion date, and a written receipt. ONLY THEN will I initiate the transaction.- PLEASE DO NOT INITIATE ANY TRANSACTIONS WITHOUT A CLEAR CONFIRMATION. IT WILL BE REFUNDED.- Progress updates will be given through preferred form of contact.- Upon completion, the total is calculated as followed: 50% of order price + shipping (stated discounts can affect this formula).- Upon completion of the full transaction (with proof provided), the order will be shipped with picture and video-form proof as well as a tracking number.- After the package is shipped, the only action I can take on my end is assisting in tracking the package. If it becomes lost or stolen, the package then becomes the costumer’s responsibility since upon this point, it’s out of my control.
